Despite a growing number of patients registering for the state’s medicinal cannabis program — now at more than 90,000 — the number of physicians who are eligible to prescribe the medicine has remained static at just over 1,000. And whether or not the referendum passes in November, a number of questions about the future of the medicinal program remain.
