HEMP CREAM BASE:
1 cup raw hemp seeds (hulled or unhulled)
3/4 cup coconut water (fresh or non heat-pasteurized)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/8 white onion
5-6 large garlic cloves (less if you don’t like spice)
1/4 tsp black pepper

FOLD-IN HERBS:
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion

I recommend eating this dressing along with at least 1/3 pound of dark greens and plenty of veggies.
