This pumpkin spice hemp heart oatmeal is the perfect low carb breakfast for the cold fall weather. Hemp hearts are nutrient dense and have zero net carbs, plus they make a great low carb substitute for oats. I made this oatmeal dairy free by using coconut milk, but you can use any milk you want.
