Proposal to legalize use of medical marijuana in PH will result in cheaper medicines – Rep. Barbers

The House of Representatives passed on third and final reading House Bill Number 10439, or the proposed measure advocating for access to medical marijuana or cannabis.

According to the principal author of the bill in the lower chamber, if the proposal is enacted into law, it will result in the availability of cheaper medicine for fellow citizens with serious illnesses.
