Foley Hoag LLP advised The Cannabist Company Holdings (f/k/a Columbia Care), an experienced cultivator, manufacturer and provider of cannabis products and related services, in a $105 million transaction with Verano Holdings Corp. The deal involves one cultivation and production facility in Virginia and one cultivation facility, one production facility and two dispensaries in Arizona.
The transaction was announced in a release from the parties.
