Keto Hemp Seed “Wild Rice” pilaf

The timeless side dish, wild rice pilaf, is made with hemp seed to create all the flavor we love without all the carbs we don’t. Garlic and mushroom complement the hemp seed well. If you are not a mushroom person, that’s ok and just leave them out. A great side for grilled proteins!
