Here’s what I did:
1. Break up 1/4 oz cannabis into small bits
2. Place cannabis in canning jar with lid loosely closed
3. Add 2 cups water and canning jar to instant pot
4. Decarboxylate: 40 minutes at high pressure with quick release
5. Let cool
6. Add 1 Tbsp Grain Alcohol, mix and let rest about 1/2 hour
7. Add about 1 cup MCT oil to jar of cannabis
8. Cook on High Pressure setting for 30 minutes, natural release
9. Let cool
10. Strain through cheese cloth
