1. Soak hemp seed covered with water for 24 hours.
2. After 24 hours, put the seeds covered with water in a pan and boil
3. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Hemp seeds are cooked when most of the seeds have split and when little white shoots are seen.
5. The seeds are now ready for fishing.
