Florida Company UO Solutions Takes Cookies To Court – Says They Haven’t Paid Their Advertising Campaign Bills

A Florida-based advertising firm UO Solutions is suing three companies controlled by the company known as Cookies. UO Solution doesn’t say how much the bill is, but it does state that the amount exceeds $75,000.

UO Solutions states in the complaint that it provides its clients with professional services related to the creation, development, and execution of advertising campaigns and search engine optimization strategies. UO says in the complaint that it was hired by Oregon-based CKS Seeds LLC, North Carolina-based CKSHO LLC, and California’s PCS Services LLC, based in Oregon. UO attached the contract for the services to the complaint.
