I have been using CBD oil for depression and anxiety for some time now. I get asked a lot of questions, but the most common is, “What is the right dosage of CBD for anxiety?”
When I first started using CBD oil for anxiety and depression I was kind of winging it. I took as much as could until I felt better. My thought was, “If a little CBD is good then a lot must be better.”
This is not necessarily the case. While some conditions respond better to larger dosages of CBD (like seizures) anxiety seems to respond better to lower dosages of CBD oil.
