This week I did something a little different. I decided to do a sit down video about CBD. I recently started taking some CBD mints from a company called Marvelous Calm. It has been able to curb my anxiety and they are super easy to use. I think this is a great product to use to get into CBD, so I wanted to share my experience in the hopes it could help someone else as well. This video is a great beginner’s guide to CBD that includes what CBD is, the advantages/disadvantages of using CBD as well as the info you should know about Marvelous Calm. I have found through taking these mints that my anxiety has been reduced with out any dependence on the product or feeling of being high. It is very easy to take and the company does third party testing that allows you to know what you are buying is what you are getting!
